HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES HAS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN ALL DEPARTMENTS. REPS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE GIVE WRONG INFORMATION AND ARE UNWILLING TO GO ONE STEP FURTHER TO SEEK OUT A SOLUTION. CONSISTENT INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE COMPANY'S INFORMATION SYSTEMS SO THAT CALLERS CAN GET INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR ACCOUNT. FOR INSTANCE, TODAY I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THE LOSS DRAFTS DEPT REQUESTING COPIES OF CHECKS ISSUED BY
HSBC FOR REPAIRS TO MY HOME. I AM NOW ON THE PHONE FOR 45MIN, THREE REPRESENTATIVES, TWO SUPERVISORS, AND STILL TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL PROCESS THE REQUEST. THIS IS MY THIRD TIME IN 4 WEEKS REQUESTING THE CHECKS, STILL NOBODY WILL RETRIEVE THEM OR FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE REQUEST. ANOTHER EXAMPLE, I SENT A THREE
MORTGAGE PAYMENTS VIA CERITIFIED
MAIL WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED. THE
MORTGAGE COMPANY DENIED RECEIPT STATING THAT AN EMPLOYEES SIGNATURE OF RECEIPT DOES NOT PROVE THAT PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED. THIRD EXAMPLE: MY HOUSE WAS IN THE BEGINNING OF
FORECLOSURE, DUE TO DIVORCE PROCESS AND SPOUCE NOT PAYING HIS SHARE.
HSBC ADVERTISES THAT THEY OFFER "PROGRAMS TO ASSIST THE CONSUMER WHEN IN
FORECLOSURE". I PROVIDED !!!!!26!!!!!PAGES OF ALL REQUESTED FINANCIAL INFORMATION. CALLED FOUR TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH TO FIND OUT THAT "THEY DON'T HAVE THE FAX". RE-FAXED ALL OF THE INFORMATION TWO MORE TIMES. NEVER HEARD FROM
HSBC. SIX WEEKS LATER I CALLED THEIR ASSISTANCE DEPT TO FIND OUT THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP. I TRULY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A PROGRAM. THEY TRY TO DIVERT YOU TO FINDING FINANCIAL PAPERS AND SENDING THEM THROUGH THEIR NEVER ENDING WEB, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE ADVANCED ON THE
FORECLOSURE PROCESS, INSTEAD OF OFFERING ASSISTANCE.

HSBC. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS****************** IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, AND THEY HIRE UNEDUCATED AND UNTRAINED PERSONNEL THAT CANNOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
