HSBC Will not work with us on hardship case forclosure instead of help

HSBC says that they will work with you.

Not true!

We sent them a hardship letter before we started falling behind.

They ignored us.

Sent another hardship letter after they started add late charges.

Said they would help us.

One month later changed their minds, increased monthly mortgage payments, added late charges. One year later they get our house in November. The court says so!!!!!

What are we suppose to do???

HSBC refuses to even listen.

All they are interested in is getting there money.

Now it seems that they are willing for the house to sit empty instead of helping us.
